These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and 4d98, governing your use of the website located at https://4d98.cam, including all associated services, products, features, and content offered thereon.

• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required for account operation and withdrawal processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a User must bet a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territories" refers to jurisdictions from which the Platform does not accept registrations or bets.

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments published on the Platform.

• Not be an immediate family member (spouse, sibling, parent, or child) of any current or former employee of 4d98 or its affiliated entities.
• Have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason.

4d98 conducts identity verification (KYC) to confirm eligibility. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of an ineligible person will be immediately suspended, all associated Bonus Funds forfeited, and remaining Real Money Funds returned subject to our investigations protocol.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 4d98 Platform. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as per your MyKad or valid passport.
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• Valid email address and Malaysian mobile number.
• Preferred currency (MYR).
• A secure password that you agree to keep confidential.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 4d98 immediately via our 24/7 support team. 4d98 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4d98 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallets and RM50 for FPX bank transfer, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your account instantly.
• FPX and online banking deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes of successful bank authorisation.
• 4d98 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limit may vary by account tier and is subject to our standard withdrawal policy.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes during business hours, and longer on public holidays.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed in full and all applicable wagering requirements being satisfied.
• 4d98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for review.

4d98 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses (up to MYR 2,688 for VIP tier), and referral rewards (MYR 38 per qualifying referral). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from X10 to X20 of the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.
• The maximum permitted bet while using bonus funds is MYR 250–MYR 500 per round or transaction, as specified per promotion. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Full contribution rates are set out in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire within 7, 14, or 30 days of activation as specified per promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• 4d98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bets already placed in good faith under existing promotional terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All bets placed on 4d98 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, game, or market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the relevant rules and accept them in full.

• Bets are not final until confirmed by the Platform. A bet confirmation message and bet ID will be issued upon successful placement.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during bet placement, 4d98 will investigate the circumstances and may void the bet at its discretion if the integrity of the transaction cannot be confirmed.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time of confirmation.
• 4d98 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or market at any time without notice.
• Any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided and the stake returned.
• In-play (live) bets on events such as EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and NBA are subject to additional rules specific to in-play markets, including the right of 4d98 to suspend markets at any time.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 4d98 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit any feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers, or any other activity that constitutes cheating or fraud.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activities ("money laundering").
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory while misrepresenting your geographic location through VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account.

All content on the 4d98 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, design elements, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 4d98 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Any unauthorised use of 4d98's intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4d98 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if 4d98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Platform downtime, interruptions, data loss, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, event data, or promotional terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, 4d98's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your deposits in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

4d98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to money laundering, bonus abuse, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame following a withdrawal request.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from a relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or financial authority.

Upon account closure for reasons of breach or fraud, 4d98 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation. In cases of voluntary closure by the User with no outstanding compliance issues, Real Money Funds will be returned within a reasonable time frame via the User's registered payment method.

4d98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes — including changes to eligibility requirements, deposit and withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or prohibited conduct provisions — will be communicated to registered Users via:

Non-material updates (such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without direct notification.
